Start date: ASAP
Period: +- 6 months, possible extension.
· Analyse and develop deep understanding of the supply markets, including external economic factors which influence those markets
· Support in identifying and building partnerships with key suppliers on an operational level (incl. full management responsibility for a part of portfolio) and manage Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms and conditions)
· Act as a key contact for packaging related topics for operational team and factories regarding in time delivery, quality and supplier service
· Together with Procurement Manager - EU Packaging Materials develop contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security
· Monitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvement
· Support delivery of bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D and the Supply Chain to identify and implementing cost saving programs
· Support delivery of top line growth by working together with suppliers, marketing and R&D on Innovation program
· Drive implementation of BCS’s Sustainability agenda in Procurement area
· Exemplify a high degree of personal integrity and interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficient in both verbal and written communication
