For our Client, an international company with a leader position on the global market in their industry, who has established Global Business Service in Cracow, we are looking for Intercompany Process Expertwith leadership and project management experience who will take responsibility for establishing and developing new global process strategy.
On this position you will be responsible for the governance and development of effective processes for Intercompany Accounting (End-to-End)and the overall RTR Controls framework across the enterprise. As a GPE you will collaborate with their peer end-to-end process stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end process operationsand identification and leverage of process synergies. The GPE also identifies opportunities for process improvement and is responsible for driving sub-process improvement effortsand ensuring process change is successful. Additionally, the GPE is accountable for ensuring process compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
We are looking for a Professional who presents deep operational and RtR Intercompany process understanding,with strong leadership and project management experience who will be able to establish implementation of global process strategy.Significant Inter-company experience having worked in SAP environment with Tax Efficient models is required.The ideal Candidate should present previous experience in driving process improvement initiatives as well as competency in cooperation with senior management on global level. Fluent English is required. Accounting Qualification as ACCA / CPA / ACMA will be highly appreciate.
