HRK S.A. for our client, an international production company is looking for a candidate for the position:
Integration ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Purpose of creating the position:
Takeover of a new company and the need to implement work and organization standards in a new company. Business development in a new location under a new brand.
Responsibilities:
Cross selling of products between new acquired company and the Nordic markets both in mother company and in DIY
Develop of relevant products for e.g. Chinese market
Develop special paint products
Joint sourcing of raw materials
Production of marketing material
Close cooperation with Polish company
Coordinate and secure synergies between both company
Support a new company in management in development and execute the business plan
Many touchpoints in both organizations
Requirements:
Master in management or economy
5 years’ experience in integration processes
5 years’ experience in project management
2 years’ experience as a leadership in project management
English fluently level
Russian would be an advantage
It competences: Visio, MS Project, Office tools
Willingness to work in the delegation system (work at the company's headquarters - around Białystok) a few days a week (2-3 days)
Driving licence
Good communication skills, result orientation, ability to work in international enviroment, sefl motivated, ease of work with people on all levels of an organization
