For our client, international packages manufacturing company, we are looking for a Integration and Reporting System Analyst.
Your new role
As an Integration
• business processes analysis including:
o support in requirements identification by an internal business customer,
o creation of a detailed processes description / specification,
o harmonization of processes between business units within international company,
o identification of business needs for tools required to optimize processes,
o “Global thinking” – identification of possible improvements and optimization opportunities from multinational organization perspective,
• detailed specification of business and technical requirements for newly created / modified systems,
• coordination of work in multinational, interdisciplinary (IT and Business) team,
• creation of end-user documentation/manual and providing basic trainings of:
o Newly created systems
o New business processes
Requirements:
• min. 2 years’ experience in business processes analysis related to procurement, production and sales
• communicativeness and ability to coordinate multinational, interdisciplinary team,
• basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel Pivots and OLAP highly appreciated,
• English advanced.
