Instrument Technician

- Installation, maintenance and repairing of the measuring and control instruments used in industrial and commercial processing;
- Work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer instruments, used to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force and chemical composition;
- Able to interpret P&ID wiring diagrams and manufactures's manuals to determine tests and maintenance procedures;
- Testing, calibrating, installing, repairing, and inspect monitoring devices
- Performing general maintenance on the equipment and design new measuring and recording equipment;
- Working with scientific and analytic computer software, voltage and current meters, and electronic probes in order to diagnose faults in circuitry.

Requirements:
- high school diploma, or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- professional experience minimum: 2 years on industrial facilities, like: chemical plants, power plants, refineries, petrochemicals, etc.
- accuracy, diligence, analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
- certificate SCC / VCA
- communicative knowledge of English (B2)
