Our Client is a leading global biotechnological company specialising in Sample & Assay technology. The company has a Business Services Centre located in the heart of Wrocław.
On behalf of this Client we are looking to recruit Inside Sales Specialist with German language.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for contact with customers form German-speaking countries regarding the possibility of renewing / refreshing the contract. You will have the responsibility for a regional service budget.
You will work closely withField Sales, Marketing, Service Administration and Service management teams and willdocument all activities in the Company’ s CRM Tool (salesforce.com).
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in Customer Services or Sales and with fluency in German and Englishlanguages.
Additionally we would like you to have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, strong business sense, customer- and result-orientation and be- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
