We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Initiation IT Business Analyst
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as first line of engagement for all projects initiation (all projects that are Insurance and/or requires Insurance IT resources)
- Work with business to understand and refine Ideas into High Level requirements AND functional needs into Agile Epics
- Help elaborate and refine the needs of the business (project) to other IT stakeholders; Architect for solution design, various IT teams for estimation
- Coordinate and manage number of different IT teams (local, global, Insurance, and Non-Insurance) for estimation and consolidation.
- Lead any necessary meetings and walk through sessions
- Ensure timely and accurate update to senior management
- Must be proficient with both Spoken and written English
Requirements:
- Knowledge on product management
- Knowledge on project management
- Knowledge on agile development
- Experience on JIRA & Confluence, MS Office
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good command of English
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work with team members in different time zones
- A high level of motivation, quick to learn
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
