Your Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure Support Specialist with focus on the SCCM Packaging will be joining a high performance team that is driven, innovative and packed with self-motivated individuals. As a specialist partner to technology and design teams, you will work together to integrate technology, operations and solutions requirements into relevant strategies.
In Workplace area:
- Testing, packaging and releasing of new software
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software
- 2nd level support in IT Workplace Management
- Create supporting documentations and operations guides
- Documentation and recording in ticketing system
Your Profile:
- University degree in IT or Engineering
- Experienced professional in IT infrastructure subjects
- Ideally other platforms as well
- Infrastructure process expertise
- You have very good knowledge of:
- Software installation
- Operations Services
- Knowledge in scripting (Batch, Powershell, VD Script)
- Fluent in English
- Strong service orientation
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
