For our Client, well-known international company that is opening new IT Service Center in Katowice we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Infrastructure Support Specialist (2 ndline of support).
Your new role
As Infrastructure Support Specialist you will be a part of high performance team that is driven, innovative and packed with self-motivated individuals. As a specialist partner to technology and design teams, you will work together to integrate technology, operations and solutions requirements into relevant strategies. Alongside this, you will create supporting documentation and operations guides. Your key responsibilities will include: testing, packaging and releasing of new software, troubleshooting of hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers) and software. You will also provide 2nd Level support in IT Workplace Management as well as documentation and recording actions in ticket system.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to hold min. 2 years of professional experience in providing support on 2 ndline and have professional knowledge in IT infrastructure processes. You must have proven skills in software installation, operations Services as well as knowledge in scripting (Batch, Powershell, VD Script). You should also hold university degree in IT or Engineering related field. Due to work in international environment you need to have very good knowledge of English language.
