For our Client, a newly opened international IT Service Center in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Infrastructure Support Specialist (2 ndline).
Your new role
The IT Support Specialist will be joining a high performance team that is driven, innovative and packed with self-motivated individuals. As part of the team you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations within the Workplace department. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting, 2nd level support, documentation and recording in ticket system.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess a University degree in IT as well as experience in infrastructure support. You should possess knowledge of IT services related to: windows systems and windows server administration, SCCM, VMWare, Operations Services and Database Skills You will also be expected to have good communication skills in English as you will be working in international environment.
