Description
We are part of the international ALTEN Group, which brings together over 28,000 outstanding IT and Engineering specialists around the world. We currently are looking for a Infrastructure Analyst who will join our team to deliver the most innovative technology projects.
Main tasks
- Build/configuration of SAS EFM (Transaction Fraud Monitoring System) environments and ensure
- initial setups are correct
- Monitoring/support of environments/servers and enhance our capabilities in this area.
- Drive performance tuning of the application
- Application is migrating from heavy mainframe design to completely distributed, Need to support migration towards our Future State infrastructure, will need to host knowledge sharing meetings over time
Requirements
- Experience with a distributed background with knowledge of Unix, Web Application Server, MQ, Oracle and DB2, Control M, Patrol
- Unix/Linux (RHEL) including shell scripting experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio
- Experience with SAS EFM preferred
Optional skills
- Understand requirements and restrictions for Big Data ingestion
- Distributed knowledgeable/practioner Java knowledge will be a plus
