Reviewing and challenging the supplier performance by the supply criteria. Ensuring supply security by addressing potential road blockers such as capacity, capability or equipment.
- Initiating, supporting and delivering the supply or market driven activities.
Being the supply spoke, representing all supply functions, in the ATGs for medium and complex activities.
- Being the voice of the customer for external manufacturing in his/ her relevant areas.
Responsible to deliver innovation via co-packing and co-manufacturing solutions with excellence and in line with customers’ expectations: on time, with the right quality and cost structure.
- Strategic initiative deployment
A strategic initiative can be adding a new technology platform within an existing supplier, changing sourcing for an existing range of products within the existing suppliers’ base.
Depending on your experience you might also be the back-up of the senior External Manufacturing Industrial.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Manufacturing
- Fluency in English
- Good command of the Dutch language is preferred
- Strong analytical skills

This role ensures that co-manufacturing and co-packing activities will be delivered with the best right supply solution. While the supplier relationship is commercial responsibility, the Industrial Engineer is in frequent contact with the suppliers’ technical teams.Role Description
The scope of this job is EMEA Industrial Engineering external manufacturing and continental Europe co-packing. You work in close cooperation with related external manufacturing departments such as commercial, Q&FS, R&D, activity management, market representatives, as well as global functions in IE. It is required to have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to relate and co-build with various nationalities and also remotely.Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5 years experience in supply/engineering- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Manufacturing
- Fluency in English
- Good command of the Dutch language is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
