Our Client, an international organization, a globally recognized brand, due to expansion on the polish market is looking for a few procurement talents. There are some Indirect Buyer roles available. These are the roles where you can truly make your own mark and bring new ideas to help create a step change in the approach to the Procurement for the Company.
As Indirect Buyer, you will work within various indirect categories- the need for flexibility to work between the categories will be a key requirement to enabling the business to respond to changing demands as they arise. Buyer will establish excellent relationships with suppliers managed on quality and performance, work with internal customers to improve purchasing processes, represent the Purchasing team at cross functional meetings and conference calls.
The successful candidate will have a few years proven experience in a Purchasing role and will demonstrate purchasing/ procurement competence and successful negotiation skills. The relevant experience and the right "hands on" attitude will take the lead on this. With experience in reviewing & negotiating, commercial terms and conditions you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and a demonstrable ambition to develop a long-term career path in procurement. Fluency in English is a must.
