For our client Maersk Drillingwe are looking for a person to hold the position INDIRECT BUYERto new created global center in GdaÅ„sk. It’s a global leader in the Oil&Gas industry.
Responsibility
- Responsible for the end-to-end processing of purchase requisitions of goods and services for HQ functions.
- Responsible for vendor selection according to procurement processes and vendor strategy
- Act as subject matter expert within areas of responsibility
- Responsible for timely delivery of ordered parts to the stakeholder
- Handle matching of invoices
- Day to day alignment with the Category Manager on priorities
- Handle vendor claim and disputes
- Conduct smaller tenders and E-auction where applicable
- Communicate with suppliers in terms of status on PO and general performance
- Provide input to budget planning
- Create reports as and when required
- Ad Hoc administrative tasks

Qualification requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience within supply chain
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience with working in an ERP system preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of supply chain procedures and processes
- Fluent written / verbal English
- Formal Procurement training/qualification
