Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with good knowledge of human resources and payroll. The Accountant we look for will be responsible for full accounting, managing and controlling the work of the administration team. As well as controlling that, all work is done correctly.
Requirements:
- Current university degree on economics (finance, accounting, economics);
- At least 3 years experience in an independent position in accounting and staff department;
- Good knowledge of VAT regulations, CIT, PIT, UoR, labor law;
- International experience - in international company, international environment or working abroad
- Experience in accounting and employees department in a manufacturing company (counting production, warehouse control etc.)
- Additional certificates and licenses will be an advantage (eg. Ministry of Finance, the Association of Accountants in Poland, ACCA)
- documentation of keeping education updated (postgraduate studies, courses, etc)
- Openness, honesty, commitment and performed duties willingness to take on new challenges; capacity of working independent but the same working as a team player;
- Experience to work with ISO system
- Fluent in English.
- Basic German or better will be an advantage.
Examples of duties:
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Participation in closing the month and year,
- Participation in the financial statements, GUS, NBP, salaries
- Booking of invoices domestic and foreign and other internal documents including proper classification for the purposes of VAT and CIT,
- Preparing reports and analysis for the management and the parent company,
- Participation in calculating wages.
- Ongoing human resources work,
- Controlling Cash Flow, costs and investments
- Creating on input for the budget, creating budget, follow up on budget.
- General administration / secretary work in English and German
