What you'll need to succeed
The perfect candidate should possess university educational background and 1-3 years of relevant experience. What is more, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to analyse, interpret and solve practical problems, speak both local language and English fluently, be familiar with ERP Systems ( SAP preferred) and should be proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel especially).

Your new role
While working on this position, the Incentives Analyst will need to:
- Perform monthly reconciliations of data to ensure data accuracy
- Accurately and timely maintain databases for incentives data
- Periodically gather data from many sources for incentives purposes
- Identify issues and communicate resolution to Compensation & Incentives Managers
- Audit and correct data quality issues on an ongoing basis
- Support regional ticket process
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reconciliations to support the administration of sales
What you'll need to succeed
