Obowiązki:

The Commercial Banking (CMB) Data & Analytics IT team is responsible for both the definition of the data management & analytics strategy, as well as the design & delivery of data solutions for consumption by the Global Commercial Business. Current departmental projects include, among others, Implementation of a modern analytics platform underpinned by both on & off-premises big data environments. The department is committed to the production of high-quality enterprise-grade software. This makes CMB Data & Analytics IT a dynamic, challenging and rewarding place to work. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent project management and project oversight to ensure a smooth implementation of deliverables and all stakeholders are kept well informed of progress, risks, issues. The main challenge is to be able to operate in a dynamic and pressurised environment where high-quality, innovative software solutions are needed rapidly to support an ever-evolving business. Additionally, with the project team distributed in a number of regions, excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate well in a team are essential.
Responsibilities:
Taking part in the global Commercial Banking projects
Supporting other Project Manager(s), platform and program owners, in day to day responsibilities
Working closely with global stakeholders (IT and Business) located in different parts of the globe
Tracking budget and resource capacity
Tracking project plan, coordinating project plan changes, identifying overlaps and dependencies
Risk and issue management
Tracking and reporting progress of the project to various stakeholders
Working with remote teams both IT and Business
Preparing meeting minutes, list of actions and following up on them
Building trusted relationships with peers, local and global stakeholders

Wymagania:

University graduate (preferable in IT) followed by at least 2-3 years of professional experience,
Good knowledge of working experience with data analysis
Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution will be an advantage but not a must
Strong team player
Good networking skills
Previous Project Management experience is required
Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage.
JIRA knowledge would be an asset
Excel skills
Fluent English - capable to work on daily basis in English
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organizational skills, with ability to multitask,
Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure
Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Willingness to learn
Able to adjust in rapidly changing environment and to prioritize your activities and set the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholders
A strong customer focused approach to delivery
Though the below items are not essential, having several of them would be useful:
Product Knowledge of Analytics Tooling e.g. QlikSense, MSML, DataRobot
Some experience with Big Data (Hadoop) and Cloud principles.
Experience of agile software development projects.
A rich and proven project management experience.
Background as a developer.
