Implementation Project Manager (HR System)
Currently due to the implementation project of MS Dynamics AX (HR module), we are looking for a candidate with experience in cooperation with business and IT to successfully deliver the project in Poland and other markets.
Client Details
Our Client is a retail company with more than 300 fully owned stores and offices in active European markets. Since its foundation in 2010, the company has grown from a handful of employees to over 2000. Currently due to the implementation project of MS Dynamics AX (HR module), we are looking for a candidate experienced in cooperation with business and IT to successfully deliver the project in Poland and other markets.
Description
- Managing the project of implementation MS Dynamics AX - HR modules and other HR systems in Poland and other countries,
- Cooperating both with business and IT,
- Reporting to HR Director,
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
- Taking initiative, recommending best solutions.
Profile
- Experience in HR business and knowledge of HR business processes,
- Experience in implementation projects in the area of HR systems,
- Knowledge of HR systems,
- Ability to cooperate both with business and IT,
- Project management experience is a strong asset,
- Initiative, proactive attitude,
- English fluent.
Job Offer

- B2B or permanent contract,
- Independent position, reporting to HR Director.
