Our Client , an international company located in Silesia region is looking for experienced SSC professionals for the role of Project Manager / Implementation Lead SSC The Implementation Lead coordinates and facilitates the project during all applicable project stages, and is accountable for project quality, cost and delivery versus the approved project objectives until the end of the support period for the final Financial Shared Service Centre migration. Scope of responsibilities covers:
- Lead the implementation team through all they key stages of shared service migrations
- Drive adherence to the Project Execution Plan
- Develop contracting plan for the project execution
- Monitor the scope and control the scope changes during all implementation phases
- Ensure that the latest knowledge and best practices from within and the “outside” world are incorporated in the project
- Ensure full compliance to minimum technical, local regulations and operational standards
- Ensure setup of project automation level with appropriate IT plan
- Continually engage all stakeholders and ensure momentum of change management plan
- Contribute to all relevant checkpoints, steering committees and performance and close
- Project implementation and management tasks (Define, develop and implement the project organization structure, staffing plan, processes and resources needed for the delivery of the specific project phase), risk management, people management ( coach and train Project Management Team),
- Oversee development and application of key FSSC enablers : policies, process maps, baselining formats, SLAs, KPIs, transition materials, completion checklists, equipment and materials, operating parameters, IT, utilities and interfaces
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and internal control requirements
- Project control and quality assurance
Expectations:
- University Degree
- Relevant experience as implementation Lead in multinational environment in financial SSC
- Financial background an knowledge – in shared service environments
- At least 5 years of experience within managing of project - knowledge of project management tools
- Project Management Certification would be an asset (e.g. PMP, PRINCE II) Excellent communication and management skills
- Fluent English knowledge
