For our Client, international company located in Wrocław that is opening IT Center, we are currently looking for IT Service Delivery Manager for Unified Communications process.
Your new role
The IT Service Delivery Manager, Identity and Access Management, is responsible for the service strategy, technology roadmap and lifecycle, service development and service delivery performance for Identity and Access Management services. The SDM will create a proactive and customer centric culture; lead the transformation of technology and services; and drive a continuous improvement in service performance and costs. The scope of Identify and Access Management services includes: Authentication, Identity Governance, Role Based Access Controls, Privileged Access Management, Directories, Domain Controllers.
Working on this position you will be responsible for delivering services throughout the service lifecycle within the agreed service levels. Identify service vendors, establish services and manage vendor performance. Moreover, you will deliver service enhancements and projects in an agile manner and ensure that all IT Service Management processes, Service Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets. Additionally, you will plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of suppliers’ operations teams to manage and maintain BAU service, the provision of which s/he is responsible for, oversee the general health of the live service required to meet business requirements and implementation of, and adherence to, security standards (security strategy set by Security Architecture). IT Service Delivery Manager will ensure ongoing architectural integrity of the service throughout its lifecycle and manage the maintenance of applications availability, reliability, maintainability, serviceability & continuity requirements against the cost justified service and operating level agreements for the service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this job position you need to have a university degree in Information technology or Computer Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. We expect candidates who are a critical thinker and have ability ro research and collaborate effectively. Moreover, candidates need to have experience in group Policy and Active Directory administration. Relevant candidates should have deep knowledge of technologies including SSO, MFA, Kerberos, Identity Governance, Directories and Domain Controllers. The company highly appreciates ITIL or IT4IT Service Management qualifications and accreditation with one of the industry recognised project management methods. We are searching for candidates with excellent communication and organizational skills and very good English knowledge. In addition, Candidates need to be ready for business trips of 10 – 25% of their working time.
