For our Client, a newly opened IT Centre in Katowice, we are looking for Identity & Access Management (IAM) Process Owner
Your new role
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Process Owner will join a new global team and will be responsible for a certain system landscape and all related operations topics. The person on this position will responsible for the system health, monitoring, SLA definition, training of 1st and 2nd level staff including all systems changes to ensure proper operations. On this role you will be ensuring and controlling system operation, acting as escalation manager and managing service and system budget. Moreover, you will be continuously improving systems, planning availability, license, operational costs and capacity of the relevant applications. Your responsibility will be change and release management and also technical operation, including corrective and pro-active maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate for this position should have 5+ years of experience in IAM and working experience in project management. The Candidate should also have experience in working in an international environment. Moreover, on this position experience in Java and using Windows Servers is required. Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of SQL Server Administration will be an asset as well as German knowledge.
