Your new role
Company is looking for Identity Access Management Specialist in Katowice. Main responsibilities on this position are:
What you will need to succeed?
To succeed on this position, you need to be communicative and motivated as the company value engagement among employees and team spirit. As candidate you need to have strong experience in IT Support sector, know how to work with ITIL (nice to have ITIL v3 certificate), have NTFS/DFS knowledge and Fileserver management skills. Moreover, as the company is international, fluent English is very important to communicate. If you also have some German language skills, that would be an asset. Company prefer to hire people with University Degree.
Additional plus would be experience with Active Directory navigation and querying (Powershell skills preferred), Identity and Access or Account Management and experience in with a service desk ticketing application such as ServiceNow or equivalent application.

Your new role
Company is looking for Identity Access Management Specialist in Katowice. Main responsibilities on this position are:
- Resolving tickets which are related to access permission
- Account administration in Active Directory
- Create and manage security groups in Active Directory
- Managing Cloud access (Tier II IAM Support)
- Implementing technical concepts
