Release and Change Manager
Location: WroclawRelease and Change Management is part of Capability Effectiveness Management team providing support to Identity and Access Management Capabilities in a Bank.

- The chance to create and improve processes in the area of Release and Change Management;
- The chance to work with Service Owners, Service Managers and Project Managers, IT Senior Management in the planning and delivery of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will define and agree release plans with Project Managers and IT Management;
- You will facilitate release relevant communication to Product and Service Stakeholders;
- You will conduct Release Go-Live decision meeting with Project Team and IT Management;
- You will support project teams to meet the acceptance criteria for Production Go-Live;
- You will coordinate release deployment trough stages up to production environment;
- You will ensure proper overview of ongoing releases in your area;
- You will support staff in their use of ServiceNow application to ensure processes are followed;
- You will conduct department CAB meeting, lead RFC reviews and provide outcomes to leadership across the domain capabilities;
- You will share and advice regarding KPI performance and other Change Management metrics;
- You will conduct change data analysis to provide predictive views of future performance of changes;
- You will partner with your team to make improvements to Change and Release Management processes and policy as required;
SKILLS
MUST
- Minimum 3 years of release or change management experience
- Project management understanding
- Understanding of ITIL methodology and process dependencies, certification will be a plus
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence to chair meetings that may include senior staff
- Global strategic mind set; ability to work across the regions and virtual teams
NICE TO HAVE
Ability to design release schedules to achieve the best outcome for Project / Release
Good general IT knowledge in the areas of operating systems, application and tool development;
Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills, inclusive of ability to communicate with senior management;
Ability to lead, advise and coordinate global workgroups;
Good knowledge from the area of process designing; ability to create and read process maps;
Good data analytics skills; ability to propose improvements based on KPIs trend analysis;
Process oriented and improvement minded;
Knowledge of ServiceNow tool helpful but not essential
