- Legal tasks (Ensures respect of legislations in terms of HSEPT matters (Hygiene, Safety, Environment, Products and Transportation))
- HSEPT policy (Defines HSEPT policy of plant according to Responsible Care Direction guidance and internal Care Management System)
- Zero Tolerance Policy (Defines Zero Tolerance Policy according to Clients specific requirements)
- Continuous Improvement (Validates HSE compliance of process modifications)
- Certification programs (Obtains and maintains ISO 14001 environmental certification)
- Team management (Ensures personal development of team members according to Human Resources policy)
- Additional: implement the HSE policy of the site, put in place the monitoring of the legislation

Oczekiwania:
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in engineering, engineering technology and related
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in similar position
- Good command of English
- Personal features: mature, effective, trustworthy, responsive, entrepreneurial, innovative, dynamic, with can-do-attitude
- Demonstrated strong communication, leadership and influencing skills, problem solving, decision-making with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Highly developed organization and planning competencies

- Good awareness of employment relations laws and safety rules
- Know how to create a network with Polish representative
- A good knowledge of quality management could be a plus
