For our Client, a multinational well-known company from aerospace industry, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join company’s growing team of professionals at a position of HSE Manager to its greenfield investment located in Lower Silesia region.
The person on this position will support and advise the Factory Management team in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment with a strong focus on implementing market-level initiatives in line with the company’s Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents and incidents. HSE Manager will be mainly responsible for managing and coordinating the development and implementation of the Factory's HSE strategy and program. He/she will monitor on performance to improve decision making regarding HSE and to integrate HSE into business decisions. Moreover, the HSE Manager will be expected to ensure adherence to all company principles related to HSE as well as to ensure compliance with HSE-related legal requirements.
To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience on a similar position across safety, health and/or environmental areas preferably from companies from aerospace or automotive industry. Good understanding of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain and HR processes is also required as well as a fluent command of English. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about people and displays a caring attitude. He/she must be result-oriented, totally committed to keep people safe and to protect the environment. The perfect candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as developed capability to understand and influence behaviour in an industrial context.
