For our Client, rapidly growing, internationally recognized company with the center in Kraków, we are currently looking for Workday Analyst to join a Global HRIS department.
The main goal of the team would be to take part in delivering, implementing new solutions and analysis based on Workday Data and contributing to improvement of the quality of downloaded data.
While working at the position of Analyst, you will be responsible for:
-Setting up systems
- Preparing and implementing optimisation for the target group and testing proposed solutions
- Being a part of a team that is responsible for globalising HR processes
- Preparing reports for business
- Preparing and improving procedures and company’s policies in terms of Workday usage.
An ideal Candidate is having a solid HR/ Information Systems/ Business educational background and professional experience in working in international projects.Knowledge of Workday and preferably in at least one more ERP/ HRMS systems is required. Additionally, the Analyst should speak fluent English, have project management skills and interest, technical and analytical knowledge.
