HRIS Testing Senior AnalystMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
For a new Global HR Service Center based in Warsaw we are looking for a Testing Senior Analyst who would like to become a part of a fast-growing team and take part in building a new HR HUB.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of the program and HR services testing strategy, approach during the different phases of testing (system/unit testing, performance testing, system integration testing; user acceptance testing; regression testing and operational readiness testing etc.)
- Using testing tools & templates during the testing cycles ensuring quality standards are met and testing is tracked
- Ensuring all data is appropriately protected and used in accordance with the data guidelines
- Tracking testing progress and maintaining documentation to track progress for reporting and quality assurance purposes
- Support in successful transition of knowledge and understanding of testing outputs, design changes agreed as part of testing to BAU technology team and Global HR Services teams
- Assisting with the creation of system training material, through providing technical understanding and assisting with demo creation
- Supporting impact assessment of process, technology and people related change from any new system releases or enhancements
- Working with the HRIS to support the analysis of and interpretation of service performance data across multiple sources to report effectively on performance levels
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key system providers
- Maintain the knowledge base of architecture policies, standards, technology roadmaps, reference architectures, systems inventory and preferred products
Requirements:
- Experience in testing with HR technology solutions is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
- Experience in building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with stakeholders
- Working with a global consumer base and different cultures
- Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work
- Proactive in seeking information, challenging norms and driving efficiency
