HRIS Senior Specialist (Workday)
Currently we are searching for the HR System Senior Specialist who will support and maintain HRIS (payroll or compensation module) globally. A successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, questions or requirements related mainly to functional configuration changes and business process design. In this role you will help to ensure data integrity, system testing and changes, and analyzing business processes for improvement opportunities.

Our Client is the leader in the pharmaceutical sector that decided to open its international structures a while ago. Currently we are building a new HRIS team that will have a global exposure.
Description
- Providing functional consulting and guidance to CoEs employees, HR functions and business representatives
- Supporting functional system configuration globally (Payroll or Compensation module)
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data entered into HRIS system (Workday)
- Creating or updating procedures and best practices for users of HRIS systems
- Monitoring business processes in Workday to ensure alignment with process flow documentation
- Promoting consistent use of HR data and HRIS systems
- Running processes improvement projects related to data integrity, security management, system configuration
- Preparing internal reports as needed
- Adhering to all company, country, local and other applicable laws or SOX requirements with respect to data usage and storage
Profile
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS or HR Technology
- Good MS Office knowledge and any HCM system (e.g. SAP)
- Very good knowledge of Workday (preferably the payroll or compensation module), Workday security knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Very good analytic skills and accuracy
- Data-driven and metrics-driven approach
