On behalf of our Client, a global SSC in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of HR Transformation Project Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of HR Transformation Project Manager you will be responsible for leading complex cross functional HR Transformation Project for EMEA, stakeholder management sessions and keeping various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication. The scope of responsibilities includes assisting in training and mentoring new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines). What is more, person on this position will be responsible for using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree. Adequate understandings of business as well as change management are a must. What is more fluent communication skills in English and Polish are required. The ideal Candidate will be business and customer oriented and will be focused on business targets.
