HR Training Specialist position in big, international company.

New start-up in Gdansk. We are open for juniors and seniors!
We will help you during whole recruitment process!

Responsibilities:
• Training activities
• Coordinate training activities such as training gap analysis & planning, handling no shows & learning plans for employees.
• Customer support
• Responsible for duty phone.
• Delivers sound customer solutions and builds effective relationships with customers
• Escalates cases to Functional Support Specialist where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required
• Project work
• Working on temporary projects as necessary and required. .
• Operational process improvements
• Assist identifying process & system improvement opportunities in operational execution. Can function as subject matter expert to processes within functional expertise.

Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Good HR generalist knowledge
• Very good knowledge of HR processes
• Good understanding of business and industry specific issues
• Good HR specialist knowledge
• Sound analytical skills
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, in a business or expert position
• Manage query handling system
• Conduct data quality audits & drive compliance in all
areas of HR record keeping
