Your new role
The successful Candidate will be a part of the HR team reporting directly to Business Center Manager. Responsibilities will include:
- day-to-day operational HR support provided to employees and managers,
- providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers,
- assisting with new hire and onboarding process,
- implementing employee’s engagement program,
- preparing HR analyses and reports,
- day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnership with other members of the team
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal Candidate should have
- experience in similar role (HR Specialist, HR Generalist or Junior HR Professional)
- experience (at least 3 years) and knowledge of human resources regulations, Polish employment law, employee’s relations and relevant administration practices,
- experience in working with senior or remote managers will be an advantage
- excellent English and Polish is a must
