For our Client – one of the market leaders in the Real Estate industry – we are currently looking for an HR Specialist.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the HR team, supporting senior management with analysis/reporting as required, oversee the onboarding and support of new starters across the organization within EMEA, adding vacancies in HRIS, and responding to candidates and employees in a timely and professional manner. The HR Specialist’s scope of duties includes responsibility for data accuracy and changes in HRIS and Client systems, reporting, managing all pre-employment verifications and tracking, as well as supporting HR Advisor with note taking during the interviews and the Sr. HRBP and HR Advisor with calendar management.
What you'll need to succeed
We expect from Candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and good stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (minimum strong B2 level) is a must. Ideal Candidate is a team-player with highly developed interpersonal skills, and has analytical approach, strong IT systems skills (preferably in Workday) and MS Office (Excel) skills.
