Currently for our Client, global company from life sciences sector, we are looking for Candidates interested in HR Specialist position.

Your new role
HR Specialist will be a person responsible for supporting HR Director in all of the people related operations such as recruitment, on boarding process, training & development, talent management and providing on going advice for employees as well as preparing translations.

What is more, HR Specialist will take part with creating and maintain procedures and policies within the organisation locally in cooperation with corporate HR.

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates for this role should have minimum 2 years of experience in HR area, deep understanding of HR processes, English language on advance level (B2) and good knowledge of Polish labour law.
