Currently for our Client, global company from automotive sector we are looking for Candidates interested in HR Specialist position.

Your new role
HR Specialist will be a person responsible for the first contact with employees and will support HR Business Partners and Managers in terms of HR tasks. Your daily duties will also include acting as a first line advisory service to solve HR requests, making sure that offered solutions are in line with company policies and procedures, performs employees data maintenance, reporting and analysis of HR data.

What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates for this role obtain degree in HR, Business or related, 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge and practical understanding of Human Resources operation and policies. Working knowledge of Workday system is a plus. English language on advance level (C1).
