On behalf of our Client, world-leading solutions and services provider for the offshore and marine industries. We are currently recruiting for Recruitment and Personnel Administration Specialist.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing external and internal job postings through various recruitment channels and social media, support in defining a long-term recruitment strategy for required positions, and take part in defining the employer branding process. Your other duties will include maintaining candidates applications according to data privacy regulations, updating candidates status, running the entire end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting on-boarding training for new employees, handling weekly, monthly reporting in regards to recruitment activities and other ad-hoc assignments. From the administration side you will be responsible for supporting employees in labour law related issues, keeping employee files up to date in accordance with local regulations, preparing employment related documentation, benefits administration for employee insurance, medical care, social fund activities, etc. You will also be supporting the payroll process, providing all required data input and working time reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll need to succeed
We expect you to have a University Degree and at least 2+ years’ of experience in personnel administration and broad experience as a recruiter. Moreover, you need to have very good knowledge of the Polish labour law. Furthermore, you have well-developed organisational skills and high level of attention to detail. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills so you easily network and build relationship with our business partners. You must be solution focused and result oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
