ABOUT THE JOB

We are expanding our international HR-team with experienced HR Specialist / Recruiter to be based in Szczecin. Your main focus will be the recruitment of Wind Turbine Technicians, but due to our rapid growth, there will be also Administrative positions to be covered with the best candidates available on the market. Employing new people always generates additional administrative and operational tasks, that You will be also given the responsibility for. Our HR- colleges from Buisness Units all arround the World are working strongly together to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and tools to ensure global alignment and scalability.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You feel confident with your English skills? As part of an international HR team, you will need it daily.
  • The full recruitment process is a piece of cake for You?
  • You want to take more initiative at work? You'll have our support.
  • Different recruitment methods have no secrets from You? Help us grow our organisation.
  • You can do both, be a team player and work independently? We support each other to achieve a common goal.
  • Our Technician Managers will count on a close cooperation with You.
  • Selecting advertising channels and publishing job advertisements, lets You develop Your creativity?
  • Employer branding is something You don`t need to google for?
  • Of course, there is still the Administrative part – preparing contracts, various documents etc. Don`t worry we have a lot of ready templates and tools to support the process.
  • And when You manage to recruit the right candidate, there will be some easy IT- systems waiting for the data update.
  • Be ready also for the general HR tasks: Engaging in dialogues and solutions on various ad hoc HR related tasks.
  • Your advantage - You have allready experience in Wind Industry or Recruitment Agencies.
