HR Shared Service Manager - NEW POSITION
The position provides an opportunity to manage people work (1 direct report in Germany, 1 direct report in Poland), centralise HR processes, and being a key coordinator of transformational change program within the company.

Description
- Reviving the work of a team
- People manager - setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project; personal objectives; projects' development and achievement
- Deep analysis of HR data (employees' engagement, key business trends, performance improvement)
- Utilisation of Human Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on- and offboarding, and retention of talent
- Ensuring that taken action are in compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements
- Identification the team's individual development needs, providing necessary training, and coaching to fulfil potential within the organisation
- Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviours.
Profile
- Experience in HR SSC positions in multinational companies (3-5 years on a similar role)
- Proactive attitude
- Solution and efficiency oriented
- Fluent English (additional language, eg. German will be considered as a plus)
