For our client, an international company with a global structure, we are looking for an HR Services Team Leader with fluent English and Spanish skills. Your role:
Accountability for a team of personnel administration specialists;
Management of the team activities;
Verifying , if a company procedures and standards are followed;
Providing quality monitoring, coaching, performance and career development reviews ;
Managing and motivating the team;
Ensuring that the team performs effectively;
Strong cooperation with the team and other company departments;
Our expectations:
At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR Services Team Leading role
Proficient English and Spanish language skills (min. C1 each);
Proactivity and decision making skills;
Good understanding of an employee life-cycle;
Positive and team-oriented attitude;
Good MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, Outlook);
