Our client is a well-established international company. The organization is currently looking for a seasoned HR Services Director who will be responsible for leading, overseeing and improving the Poland HR Service Center. It is an exciting new position playing a key role in the development of the Global model structure.
Responsibilities involve:
Managing, leading and managing a team of HR professionals in order to deliver an outstanding service to internal clients across EMEA and across a wide range of HR services
Developing and monitoring standard operating procedures for all processes
Ensuring and supporting the implementation of the company’s vision and strategy through the management of the team’s performance, headcount, budget parameters, etc
Managing relationships with key stakeholders and Business Leaders as well as the flow of information between the HR services team and other functions
Being responsible for assessing and reviewing the quality of key local HR processes (employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc.)
Driving a high performance culture across the team through the development of managers and their objectives
The candidate requirements include:
A minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience including: operations management, employee relations, workforce admin, HR systems and payroll
Work experience in an HRSC model within an international company
Experience with Change Management
Proficient English language skills
Experience with Change Management
Strong leadership skills demonstrated though hands-on management style combined with the ability to collaborate with and influence people
