HR Senior Specialist
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for Candidate for HR Senior Specialists positions.
You will be responsible for supporting and processing HR processes across whole employee lifecycle, data management, compensation & benefits for over 6000 employees worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries through multiple channels from different stakeholders (internal employees and supervisors)
- Maintain knowledge about company's global processes and procedures including population of business functions and geography locations
- Ensure that all applicable laws or requirements are met at the company, local and country level
- Preparation and review of SOP, country specific HR documentations (contracts, amendments) and manuals
- Coordination of resolution and workflow of employees, support of HRBP and HR Administrators
- Supporting employees globally providing high degree of professionalism and quality.
We are looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR shared services center environment
- Demonstrated understanding of employee lifecycle and ability to work with the fluctuating workload
- Dealing with employees escalations
- Thorough knowledge of labor law - EU
- Experience working in systems such as Workday or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in English and two additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish).
