HR Senior Specialist (SSC)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Manage day-to-day operations in human resources: Human Resources Information Systems (SAP and others); training and development; benefits; compensation; organizational development; employment and compliance; company employee communication; employee services; employee health and safety
- Screen resumes
- Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Assess candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Organize employees' onboarding
- Manage employee engagement activities
- Writing of new HR policies
- Design of salary structure and benefits for SSC in collaboration with the Local HR Manager
- Design of working conditions of SSC employees in collaboration with Local HR Manager
Candidate Profile
Minimum required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human resources
Preferred: Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training.
Professional Experience:
- 3 - 5 years in Human Resources
- At least 2 years’ experience in Shared Services Center environment
- Experience with creating new HR policies
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.​
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
- Able to design and write new HR policies
- Very good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Effective oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken) C1
- Very good Polish language skills (written and spoken) C1
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Good networking skills, open-minded
- Experienced in organization / participation in job fairs
- Experience in Social Media recruiting
- Experienced in collaboration with universities
- User knowledge SAP HCM
