HR Senior Specialist (SSC)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Manage day-to-day operations in human resources: Human Resources Information Systems (SAP and others); training and development; benefits; compensation; organizational development; employment and compliance; company employee communication; employee services; employee health and safety
  • Screen resumes
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Assess candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Organize employees' onboarding
  • Manage employee engagement activities
  • Writing of new HR policies
  • Design of salary structure and benefits for SSC in collaboration with the Local HR Manager
  • Design of working conditions of SSC employees in collaboration with Local HR Manager

Candidate Profile
Minimum required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human resources
Preferred: Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training.
Professional Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Shared Services Center environment
  • Experience with creating new HR policies
Skills and abilities:
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.​
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
  • Able to design and write new HR policies
  • Very good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Very good English language skills (written and spoken) C1
  • Very good Polish language skills (written and spoken) C1
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Good networking skills, open-minded
  • Experienced in organization / participation in job fairs
  • Experience in Social Media recruiting
  • Experienced in collaboration with universities
  • User knowledge SAP HCM
