For our Client, an international company located in Katowice, we are looking for the person to hold the position GL Accountant with German.
You will be responsible for following tasks:
- guide and lead a team of HR Team Leads and Specialists ensuring the right capability growth of the team (HR Operations for Germany)
- supervision of day to day operation ensuring high quality of services
- ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are achieved
- identification and management of control checkpoints to ensure that HR Service delivers according to the policies and requirements
- coordination of performance reviews with the customer to evaluate the service performance, discuss issues and escalations
- support Continuous Improvement initiatives within own scope
To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of professional experience in managing HR Operations teams
- Very good German knowledge – C1 level and good English knowledge– B2 level
- Experience with HR system like (e.g. Success Factors)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency level in MS Office
