HR Operational Excellence Manager
On behalf of our client, global company which provides professional services, we are currently looking for the HR Operational Excellent Manager to join its Global Service Center based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for leading and developing many improvements activities, inculcating the improvement culture within GSC HR, supporting all Senior Managers to prioritise changes across the organization, coordinating transition processes as well as implementation of new HR system. In addition, you will be in charge of managing a small team of Subject Matter Experts, supporting fictional design of some new tools and solutions and you will be strongly cooperating with internal and external clients.
We are seeking candidates with working knowledge and experience of HR Shared Services operating models: People, process and technology requirements. Experience of managing a team, both directly and through a matrix structure. Fluent English is required as well as knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g. SAP HR; PeopleSoft, Workday). Moreover, we are looking for candidates with well – developed organizational and communication skills.
