HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
HR ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
Key Accountabilities:
• Preparing letters of intent, sending pre-employment documents (part A)
• Preparing medical referrals, scheduling initial medical tests and health & safety trainings when required
• Initiating the verification processes
• Preparing and initiating the work permit processes
• Sending a “welcome” letter to all new hires – where the start date and all required information for the first day of work are in place
• Preparing and communicating to the employees weekly recruitment newsletters
Generating and preparing referral payments
Requirements:
• Experience in customer facing role
• Able to contribute individually as well as in the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focus
• Good analytical ability
• Drive and Resilience
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Ability to work under constant pressure
• Fluent English skills
