For our Client, production company, we are looking for HR Manager.
Your new role
Your scope of responsibilities will include: supervising and coordinating activities related to the creation and implementation of HR systems and tools, co-creating employment plans, supporting and supervising the recruitment process. Moreover you will be participating in planning the investment, training and departmental budget as well as responsibility for its implementation. As a key person in organisation you will be representing the plant towards external institutions, planning and development of competencies of subordinate employees.
What you'll need to succeed
Min. 5 years of experience in managing the team in the personnel department in a production company, preferably from automotive sector. Experience in implementing and applying HR systems: motivational, bonus, payroll, training, PR, development of employee competencies. You need to have very good command of English.
