We are looking for highly experienced individual for the role of HR Manager to strengthen our client's local operations and support management

Description
Advising managers on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development. Guarantying a proper a suitable implementation of the programs, actions and policies of the company's HR Function. Participating and influencing the delivery of the people strategy including the development of HR solutions for business issues
Profile
- Support local management with regard to HR issues
- Coordinate HR communications with all approved external suppliers and /or business partners
- Design, implement, and manage processes tied to recruitment, talent management, training and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement programs, and others across the group
- Ensure the proper applying of the contractual and law norms and of the company procedures in terms of administration matters and staff managing
- Support personal and organisational changes within the company
- Support the enhancement process, advising and guiding managers and employees
- Coordination of internal communication
- Manage, coach, and develop the HR team
- Manage training plans and control of execution according to company goals
Job Offer
- University degree, preferably HR
- Min 5 years of experience in managing HR area
- Knowledge of best practices in HR area: training and development, assessments and planning, compensations and benefits policies, budgeting)
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation to influence and coach other senior managers
- Strong personality with focus on a client and goals achievements
- Fluent English
