For our client, one of the most fast-growing companies in e-commerce area, we are looking for HR MANAGER.
On this position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support for leaders and managers in all aspects from People area: strategy, growth, benefits, training, relationships;
- Being a Partner for leaders and business in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion area and activities regarding transformation;
- Cooperating with learning and development partner and recruitment partner in developing employees’ competences, acquisition of talents, hiring, total rewards and retention;
- Creating strategy in People area in cooperation with business;
- Oversight HR policies and employment processes.
Our requirements:
- Experience on HR Business Partner or People Lead positions;
- Knowledge about trends and best practices in HR area;
- Extensive knowledge around labor law regulations;
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level);
- Experience in team and project management;
- Experience in SSC in international environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinking and problem solving-skills.
