We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
HR Manager
Location: Kraków
Responsibilties:
Define business strategy in HR area in line with the vision of the business and sets priorities in its execution
Takes lead to create HR framework to identify and develop talents as people leaders and functional experts
Support senior managers and leaders in all strategic HR aspects, especially in the area of organization design, rightsizing, resource planning, performance talent management, reward & recognition practices
Is functional owner for the process in defining talent pipeline and succession planning needs ensuring the business continues to identify, nurture and develop internal talent
Coach leadership on people management skills and responsibilities, challenge them and act as their sounding board
Accountable for the Employee Engagement strategy by working closely with the management to ensure high engagement measured by Climate survey, ongoing communication to staff and follow up action plans with effective execution
Support managers in the process of any cultural or business change
Functional owner for HR projects in alignment with current business requirements
Implementation of global HR processes, tools and policies and support in their application
Required skills:
University degree - HR Management faculty preferable
5 years+ working experience as an HR manager
Excellent understanding of the business context of SSCs and strong experience in an international environment
Experience of defining and delivering HR strategy with Hire-to-rehire processes – organizational design, recruitment, performance management, talent
Management, leadership development
Very strong influencing skills with experience in driving change and increasing employees’ engagement
Experience in Employer Relations/ knowledge of Polish labour law
Awareness of Global Transformation Business Transformation Frameworks, Agile methodologies and best practice techniques
Excellent written and verbal English
