Your new role
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for running the HR Department, main responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, implementing and administering human resources programs and policies, organising and conducting employees communication sessions. As well, you will manage the admin & payroll team.
What you'll need to succeed
University Degree in Human Resources field
+5 years experience as HR generalist including the ability to work at manager level
Strong knowledge of Romanian employment law
Strong experience in recruitment at senior levels
Business proficiency level of English and Romanian
