The HR Manager will supervise and coordinate the daily work of HR team and manage all HR related aspects in the company. Our Client is a leading global company, operating in the consumer goods packaging and contract manufacturing. The company is located in the south part of lódzkie, very close to Belchatów.
Description
- Responsibility for all HR processes in the company
- Managing the HR team
- Delivering the HR strategy to ensure alignment to the business plan and corporate policies
- Managing the recruitment processes and employer branding activities
- Implementing learning and development policy
- Provide first line advice on current and existing issues for employees and managers
- Managing all employee relations issues in close cooperation with Managers
- Providing legal advice where necessary
- Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary
Profile
-
HR achievements in the above areas, ideally in a similar, international working environment: manufacturing or other highly efficiency-oriented company

5+ years of experience in a standalone HR Manager role

Advanced, practical knowledge of English
-
Practical knowledge of Labour Law and payroll

Exceptional organisational and communication skills

Experienced in developing and supporting line managers

Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
